After your phone call to the shop, we will schedule an appointment to meet and discuss your wedding flowers in detail. This is usually a 2 hour consultation. A photocopy of my notes will be provided to you following the consultation, free of charge. Please be advised that the only way to secure us as your florist for the time slot on your day is with a deposit - this is non-refundable. Below is a list of other items.

DEPOSIT : A $250 non-refundable deposit is needed to reserve the time on our calendar; this will be applied to your balance. All events are reserved on a first come first serve basis.

ITEMIZED PRICING : These prices have been established specifically for this wedding, after your original consultation, and may increase or decrease as market prices warrant due to global/growing conditions, and changes that are made to specific items. These changes will not exceed 15% in either direction, and usually don't occur at all. Final pricing is determined 5 weeks prior to your wedding date based on prices in effect at that time, and will be reflected in your final contract.

PAYMENT : We require 50% of the total balance to be paid 4 weeks before the Wedding Day (date inserted), with the remainder due either the day of the Wedding, or to be received by the Tuesday prior to the Wedding (date inserted). This final payment must be in the form of a Bank or Certified Check.

RENTALS : Rental items will be picked up following the ceremony/reception. Items damaged or missing will be subject to separate billing for replacement of these items.

CHANGES : Please change and/or correct your proposal by crossing out the words to be deleted, and then writing in the correction to be made. You may also call us with changes, verbally. An updated proposal will then be sent to you. We ask that all counts for boutonnieres, corsages, and table arrangements be final 11 days prior to the wedding (date inserted) so that the flowers can be accurately ordered. These figures will be used to figure your final bill. PLEASE PLAN YOUR RESPONSE DATES ACCORDINGLY.

FLOWER AVAILABILITY : EVERY ATTEMPT will be made to secure the flowers as listed in your Proposal/Contract - without regard for profit once a CONTRACT has been finalized. It does happen, on rare occasion, that flowers are detained at a border crossing, wholesale delivery trucks breakdown, that an item has been frozen or subject to extreme heat, or that the quality of the specific product simply doesn't meet our standards. Should we be unable to provide a specific flower, we will call you with the substitution that will be made.
